Helping people rewrite mental health

Young People Eating Disorders2020-02-27T12:04:29+00:00

Supporting people with eating disorders was the catalyst for founding Rewrite Your Story, and as such, it is a cause very close to our hearts.

Even as the organisation expands, and we are able to support an ever-growing array of people in our local community, we are very passionate about raising awareness of and providing treatment for, those with eating disorders.

Many of the young people who have successfully completed treatment and are in recovery, remain involved in the organisation as ambassadors or even as therapists themselves!

We are pleased to work in partnership with The Molly McLaren Foundation to continue providing therapy and support for those in need.

Your generous donations help us to reach more people affected by poor mental health with advice, support and information.

We believe that, with the right personalised support, anyone with a mental health need can live the life they want to live. It is our vision that everyone gets the personalised services and support they need.

To make this vision a reality, our mission is to help people achieve good physical and mental wellbeing and live life to the full.

We do this by providing mental health support services, ranging from ‘talking therapies’ for men, women, adults, families, children and young people to coaching Workplace wellbeing and Psychoeducational support and training, and all based on the principle of supporting every person, as an individual, towards their own goals and aspirations.

Our values are at the core of everything we do:
