Mental Health Matters 24 hour Helpline for Kent
Call 0800 107 0160 to speak to the Mental health Matters Helpline who have trained and experienced Mental Health support workers.
The Mental Health Matters phone line is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is provided by an independent charity and funded by the local authority.
Kent and Medway NHS Partnership Trust (KMPT)
KMPT also provide secondary mental health services and support including:
- community mental health
- crisis resolution
- telephone support.
KMPT encourages people to go to their GP for advice and guidance about their mental wellbeing. If you feel you need an urgent response and cannot access your GP, you can contact 111 or the Single Point of Access team on 0300 222 0123 where you will be signposted to the most appropriate service.
