It has been said that a problem shared is a problem halved, and that it is therapeutic to share. Telling your own story can be helpful not only to you but others, and be very cathartic.

Get to know the stories of those who have suffered from eating disorders before rewriting their own stories, and entering recovery.

Send us your stories

If you have suffered from or are currently fighting an eating disorder or are a parent or carer of someone who is, we would like to hear from you. You can choose to be anonymous or include your contact details.

Hopefully, by sharing our stories we can help build hope for others affected by eating disorders.

Hearing how we are not alone in our experiences and feelings and how whilst some of us are yet to take the first step towards recovery, others already have, might give those who feel helpless the inspiration they need to begin to rewrite their story.
